We want you to be completely satisfied with your UFU Studios apparel. If the fit isn’t perfect or you change your mind, we are here to help.

1. Return Windows & Eligibility

• We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the exact original condition received with all product tags still securely attached.

2. How to Initialize a Return/Exchange

1. Email our support desk at hello@ufustudios.com with your Order Number and the reason for your request (e.g., “Exchange for size Medium”).
2. Our support team will review your request and send you the return address details within 24 hours.
3. Pack the items safely and dispatch them via any tracked courier service back to our fulfillment center.

3. Refunds & Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 3 business days.

• Note: Refunds will be credited via Bank Transfer/Jazz Cash. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
