Shipping & Delivery
At UFU Studios, we design and engineer premium streetwear cut for daily comfort. We work hard to process and deliver your essentials as efficiently as possible.
1. Processing & Fulfillment Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing tracking updates.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Free shipping on all orders with advance payment over Jazz Cash, otherwise a flat standard rate of Rs. 300/- applies at checkout.
3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your delivery live. Please allow 24 hours for the courier tracking information to update.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or fails to deliver, please contact our support immediately at hello@ufustudios.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will handle the investigation with the courier and send a replacement right away.
